Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a design partner to work with me in creating several cool web 2.0 apps. These apps are for profit and include partnerships for everyone involved.
  
  I am a professional web developer with experience developing social networks. I am aware of how the development process should happen and have a keen eye for design and good design skills. I need someone who has done work on Web 2.0 sites before, understands UI design and has ideally worked on HTML 5 (CSS3, SVG).
  
  My first venture is for a project management system, something along the lines of basecamphq.com.
