Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'm designing a website in Dreamweaver that has mostly static pages for an author. The client would like an area to input reviews as they appear and list upcoming events. I will be doing the css, but will need to have a mysql database set up for the client to imput changing info. This particular job is a one off, but I have other clients who will need dynamic pages in their sites, so this could be ongoing work.
