Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  must be proficient in the following:
  Drupal 6 and drupal 7, some knowledge of theming (would be good to know this very well though), php, cms, css,javascript
  
• Additional Info

  need someone on a project basis from the Chicago Metro area or from the Northern suburbs- our clients are on the small side so must be very reasonably priced. We would design the website and expect you to follow our design in drupal or php with a cms.
  
  We do have a job in now that we need a quote on.
