Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Two successful "offline" business managers are looking to team up with a programmer to have some fun bringing to life some online business concepts. Initial development work would be "unpaid" but would be rewarded with equity in the business. The vision is that all partners have the same level of equity but will be contributing vastly different skill sets.
  The ideal programmer would be someone who;
  * Is based in Queensland Australia and lives somewhere between the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
  * Professional and skilled at web development (highly technically skilled without extensive experience will be considered)
  * Easy to work with
  * Reliable
  * Good communicator (in English)
