Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I want to team up with a person who has awesome experience in Adobe Flash CS4. I will make designs and he/she will code and we will sell these in activeden.net. We will chat in skype and discuss the company name, and i will make logo according it, and i will make the account and set everything up. The password will always stay with me, and once we make an item, it will be given to me and i will upload it to the site. The person has to have an idea on what things are needed to be uploaded in activeden.....
