Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I would like to team up with a wordpress website maker who will code the site and i will provide the icons, logos, etc. We will sell the items to themeforest.net and both of us will receive 50% at the end of the month.
  
  So this is how it works:
  
  1.We chat in skype
  2.We discuss the account name. (THE PASSWORD REMAINS WITH ME)
  3.You make a theme for selling and i provide you with the icons and logos and designing
  4.You give all the files needed for uploading to me and i upload them from that account. After it gets approved, i will send you the link and so you believe its uploaded from our account and you can keep track of the money..
  5.At the end of the month we payout 50/50 to our account.
