Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm currently building a cycling community website, www.pedalspace.com. I'm looking for a designer to help me with the visual end while I focus more on coding. If you like bikes and can design your way out of a bag, send me a message.
  
  The plan is to eventually bring in revenue through ads/affiliates. I already have a working model of this, so I'm sure it'd work. Thus, I'm looking for a designer to work for the long term. When money comes in, we all get some.
  
  It'd probably be ideal if you enjoy cycling.
