Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm searching for a partner designer to unite and make an excellent startup.
  I'm not searching for a worker, I'm not going to pay you a salary, so please don't send me your resumes.
  
  Instead, the ideal person I'm looking for will become a cofounder with whom we'll generate and discuss ideas to archive best results.
  
  Your country, education, age are not importaint. What is most important is your creativity and passion to make something innovative and cool.
  
  What would be great is to find someone self-motivated, passionate about creating something new and ready to take risks.
  I also expect you to be unemployed or a freelancer as creating a startup requiers lots of effort, I plan to be envoled virtually 24/7 in some aspects so I'd expect you to do the same :)
  
  As for myself, I'm an expert php/mysql, javascript/ajax, html/css developer. I have really strong knowledge in everything related to the web, so I can handle all the technical part. Anything what is possible at web I can tackle.
  
  Alright, to be honest I want to create a startup, but I don't have an idea for the project yet.
  How so? I believe people are more importaint then the idea itself. The passion driven into creating own project, self-dedication and belief in success - that's what's importaint.
