Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Looking for someone to put the finishing touches on my website, www.mytummytalkstome.com
  
  These are my list of needs. Please take a look at the code on my site and make me an offer to make the changes I need. Please also tell me how long it will take you and if you have any questions.
  
  BODY:
  -fix width on website being cut off on ipad.
  
  NAVIGATION
  -Rollover on navigation stays active for each page. Goes inactive when another link is rolled over.
  -Add sub categories to navigation with BG image, (preloaded)
  -Navigation on print, web, creative pages don't work correctly. May be JS interference? Problem Only IE
  -"Mytummytalkstome" on navigation rollover has black outline in IE. fix.
  -remove strange line below mytummytalkstome on iphone/ipad.
  
  
  Photo Pages (places, people, else):
  -Allow larger images to be clickable and Enable shadowbox or lightbox to open on click of image.
  
  
  PRINT, WEB, CREATIVE PAGES:
  -Allow for other media to play, video's from youtube or vimeo.
  -On image rollover, description appears. In Firefox I need this to be locked on the bottom like in Safari and IE
  -Enable Shadowbox on click of large images
  
  OTHER:
  Please just optimize all around to what it looks like in safari on mac and let me know what other changes you will make or have made. Also, if you have any ideas for improvement, please let me know.
