Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Im a 26 year old guy in investment banking. I have experience in web creation, php programming and I have an idea which I believe is guaranteed success. I am looking to build a team of 3 or 4 to work on this project, preferably young programmers, on a long-term basis.
