Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi! I'm a coder and just starting out in the professional programming world. Unfortunately I have no eye for design or design skill so I'm looking for someone to fill in the design end of web development. I would love to work with someone else who is just starting out as a professional.
  
  I have a couple freelance projects already, but I know I won't get too far if I can't offer design as part of the package. Please let me know if you would like to work with me.
  
  It's fine if you don't know CSS. If you can create a design and can provide any necessary images, I can make that into CSS.
