Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  The Role:
  Are you interested in solving interesting problems while working in Perl? We work with terabyte-sized datasets, and cutting-edge web security in the cloud. We're growing fast and need to scale our business, so we are looking to add talented developers to our team.
  Currently we have about 85 employees and a core of 12 developers. We use a rapid development methodology and have deep experience in enterprise software development, web application security, data mining, database and network security. You will report to the CTO and have ownership of design, implementation, and deployment.
  
  The Right Person:
  * Knows object-oriented Perl, and is a strong Perl engineer.
  * Understands databases and how to de-bug them to get things moving faster.
  
  Bonus Points If You:
  * Are familiar with the functions of a web-stack.
  * Understand the mechanics of crawling the web.
  * Have worked in the security field.
  * Have worked in Ruby or Python.
