Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Advanced proficiency in front-end coding, including HTML templating (especially Mason),
  Has Perl development experience,
  Is an innovator and forward thinker, always coming up with ways to do things better,
  This person could have as little as 2 years of work experience, but the more the better!
  
  Bonus Points for:
  * Experience in Mason, the templating language White Hat is currently using.
  * Experience with multiple frameworks: Django, Rails etc.
