Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a business idea with a huge marketing plan behind it. My only competitor provides a service/website to customers and currently makes about 50,000usd/month so my idea is a spin off in a much better way of them
  
  I have 7 years experience as a internet marketer, graphic designer, and web designer but lack programming skills needed to create what I need. I will put in more work than you as a programmer in other aspects like graphic design,video ads,marketing plans,email list marketing,building secondary sites to market the business,etc.
  
  This idea is based around business directories and have a pre-existing script that I think would work perfect with a few custom features/modules.
