Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  A current partner of mine and I have some big potential ideas and need help to put a face to these projects. We are looking for passionate people that can program and aid in design. Interest in video games and open source movement is imperative.
  
  Some of the features that need to be implemented are a place for people to submit files (some that associate with each other ((screenshots)), a means for making ratings and comments, Forums.
