Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Hello,
  
  I´m searching for a programmer/coder relaizing a rideshare community in yii framework. The following modules a ready to download and cutomizable:
  
  -User login/registration
  -Private Messages System
  -User gallery
  
  Additional functions which are NEEDED:
  
  -Add rideshare ads (3-4 step form with ajax)
  -Search rideshare ads upon date, price, destination
  -Index page with random selection of cheapest rideshare ads(for several destinations), last minute ads nation/international.
  -Admin panel
  -Whois Online Status box
  -Detailed user profiles
  
  Please note:
  Only send offers if you feel skilled enough to finish the job in 60 days. The last agency (which I meet on programmermeetdesigner.com) didn´t finished because the coder had personal problems in the end. This costs me project time and the agency won´t receive it´s full amount of payment, so for both sides it´s not a happy end and a waste of time.
