Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a long term partnership with a programmer who is pretty advanced in their skill level and can become my companies' CTO (Chief Technology Officer). The site is almost completed as we speak. I am offering an equity stake in the company. There is no pay now for but there will be once site is fully completed and out there. I know investors who already want to put money up for the company. The site is amazing and is totally different than any other site and has revenue streams. We have a good management team here. We are located in NY and I would like someone who I would be able to meet with, so the person would preferably be from around the area. Like I said you will get an equity stake at first and than pay when the company starts bringing in money. I am looking for an amazing partner along with being our CTO.
