Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I have a small personal project that I'm developing to learn Ruby on Rails. I don't expect it to make any money. I may stick ads on it at some point, but that's not planned right now. This project could be good way to beef up the portfolio of a designer just starting out in the field.
  
  I'm a programmer, so the site naturally doesn't look that great. I'd like to get a designer to design the layout for it. There's probably 3 major pages that need to be developed: front page, listing page, item detail page. If the designer can only produce Photoshop designs, I can probably cut them up, but ideally the designer could produce HTML/CSS which I could simply apply to the site.
