Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a long term resource that can help us on a regular basis. Must be a solid programmer, but have a keen sense of design as well, so that you can figure out little things without needing extra design intervention.
  
  We do alot of HTML emails, so you must know the fundamentals of email compatibility, ie localized css, table based layouts, etc. We also do alot of microsites that require css templates and flash insets.
  
  Local preferred, but willing to use a remote worker as long as you can be available during new york office hours.
  
  hourly/daily/weekly compensation negotiable.
