Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

• Required Knowledge

  * Ability to design and deliver both web sites and web application designs in HTML/CSS form
  
  * Additionally, expertise and ability to consult regarding UI design, color selection, site architecture, content etc. is desired
  
  * Familiarity with jQuery, especially jQuery Layout plugin (or similar) would be helpful (also like to see a sensitivity toward designs that work without scripting enabled)
  
• Additional Info

  I am working on both a traditional website as well as a web application (that will have more than one skin and/or UI design) for which I am seeking a skilled designer.
  
  Ideally, I'd like to trade my *expert* programming on a project of your choosing in exchange for your consulting and design skills, but I might consider a monetary agreement as well. Either way, information about possible work you have to trade or dollar quotes for me would help (of course, I can give you more information about my web site and web application). Website hosting as a trade is also an option.
