Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a programmer interested in taking fully designed psds slicing them up and coding them into a workable theme for different platforms including wordpress, tumblr, joomla, drupal, ect. We would split all revenue 50/50. Themes will be sold via template marketplace or our own storefront.
  
  I have 10+ years experience with photoshop. Looking for someone serious and motivated.
