Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My name is Andy and I am a web designer from Melbourne, Australia.
  
  I currently have a magazine theme designed and am looking for a developer to joint venture with and sell under my companies name on ThemeForest.
  
  I have a lot of other theme ideas ready to go after this one so I am ideally looking for a long term partner and a bonus (but not a big deal if not) would be someone in Melbourne, Victoria, or Australia so we can meet up and discuss things if necessary.
  
  I do have solid CSS , HTML , PHP and Wordpress experience so I can help out with some coding and support, but am lacking the time to code up the themes myself at the moment.
