  Here's the bottom line: I want to open a relationship with a programmer, with whom I can call upon to work on projects as they manifest. I would need someone who is fluent in English, handles their work professionally and ethically, and will deliver within a designated timeline.
  
  I am no-nonsense, but easy to work with (or so say my colleagues).
  
  My projects can be simple or complex, and my expectation is that the simple projects will not be thrown to the back burner for the more lucrative jobs you may have in progress.
