  -Create great looking stuff that our customers and potential customers will see. Includes user interface and sales sites.
  -Come up with several design options for each project.
  -Take criticism.
  -Create mock-ups.
  
  Requirements:
  -Portfolio or samples of work.
  -You will need to be self-motivated. You will not be micro-managed
