Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a designer/front end developer with a list of like 10 different ideas for web apps. I am looking for developers who are interested in working with me to develop some of them. This isn't a paying gig, it is more I am just looking for cool devs (rails preferable, but it doesn't really matter) who want to build something... idea doesn't have to be mine, if you have one I am willing to work with you too... just want to create.
  
  I am EST, but I can work any time zone, I stay up late and have had experience bringing rails apps live... I have some limited start up hosting resources.
