Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hey there,
  
  I've been trying to start up a development company for some time now, IfnDev. It's a play on words from the C programming language "If Not Developed -> Develop!"
  
  More on topic, IfnDev aims to be both an open community and an enterprise solution. There will be forums where people can discuss programming techniques and provide help for others, as well as computer development related articles & tutorials on the main website. On the enterprise side, IfnDev is essentially a group of skilled developers for hire in an effort to complete someone's "dream idea". Have a great idea for a new mail client? Cool - we'll make it for you.
  
  All of that brings me to the simple reality that I am a single programmer that can only do so much. As such I'm looking for someone to work together with in a friendly environment to create this company. I'm a college student who has been programming in PHP for about 8 years (2002), and as such I'm willing to teach what I know as well as learn what I don't.
