Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have a website called Contact Personal Assistant which has been accepted for the Google Apps Marketplace. Although I am a good programmer, I need a designer on board to offer help and design various aspects of the site.
  
  The application can be trialled at http://www.contactpa.com , so you can get a feel for the software. It is built on GWT.
  
  Initially I am looking for someone to design the landing page. At present it looks very functional and not at all catchy.
  
  I am looking for a page which uses the 960 grid system, along the same calibre as this tutorial:
  http://sixrevisions.com/tutorials/photoshop-tutorials/how-to-create-a-clean-web-20-style-web-design-in-photoshop/
  
  The current color scheme for the project is:

  So I am looking for a designer for a long term partnership, who can design a landing page initially, and if that works well the relationship will continue for an equity share. This project will work well for anyone trying to get some portfolio work under their belt.
