Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Currently looking for programmer to work with traditionally based print company as we expand into offering web services. Have one project right now that is pressing and we need to get out the door. Projects for web are slowly coming in but looking to expand greatly in the next quarter.
  
  Looking for someone who can look at a project and creatively come to a solution as to what CMS or avenues to take for the project. Looking to use Expression Engine and WordPress as our base for a CMS on projects.
  
  Would also prefer programmer who understands hosting, ecommerce, and all variables to set that up.
  
  This will be a long-term, lucrative partnership. Looking for someone who is always open to learning and growing in an atmosphere that is fun and creative!
