  I'm looking for a XHTML/CSS whizz kid who can turn projects around quickly to a high standard.
  
  Must have:
  - Strong experience in XHTML/CSS
  - Validated code
  - Cross-browser compatibility inc. IE7 & 8
  - Understanding of progressive enhancement
  - Fast turnaround
  - At least two working portfolio pieces
  
  Successful candidate will receive their first project, you can quote me on a per-project basis, looking for someone long term with the scope of a project a week minimum.
