Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need help coding a mobile application. It is a simple application that will keep a database of "scores" from a game. The application I am creating will only be keeping a database, and pushing it to an online database.
  
  The other piece of the project will be utilizing location based sensors to tell if others in the area (within 500 feet) are also using the app.
  
  I am willing to pay a good amount for the right developer.
