Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for someone with SQL and ASP.net experience to partner on a web-based service project. This would be a commercial project fueled by advertising revenue. I have an idea but do not have the knowledge to bring it to fruition.
  
  The ideal partner on this project will be able to help me create a website that users would log into and create profiles that would share information with other users of their choice. It would be something of a social-network idea, but not in competition with facebook, myspace, etc... There's a specific niche service to be provided here, with wide-ranging appeal and application. If done properly, this could be a very lucrative project for both of us. I cannot provide payment, but I am willing to create a 50/50 partnership if the project launches and creates revenue.
