Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a iphone app developer that I can partner with to build out a game app. My background is design and user experience and I'd like to marry that with a developer to try and get an app off the ground.
  
  I've got a very high-level of the mechanics sketched out but plan on taking taking the next steps and design out the various user flows, wireframes and design mocks.
