Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to partner with a programmer, for an entrepreneurial venture, I am looking for someone who loves playing around with code, building things and ripping things apart, some who likes learning how to solve problems, and especially someone who likes challenges and creating their own projects.
  
  The site I am creating is a type of microblog site with social network capabilites, so social network database experience is important but not essential.
  
  Experience with AJAX, LAMP and API's is important.
  
  I am looking for a partner rather than someone just to build the site, I am giving a share of the business away and a payment for the building of the site.
  
  If you are interested, send me a bit about yourself, when and how you started programming and what personal projects you have created.
  
  I have no preferance for industry experience, School-Student-Industry is fine, the main point is that your are a prolific code builder and love working on your own projects, with a hacker mentality.
