Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a designer by trade and right now i am starting a few internet ventures. There are 3 projects on the line - 3 website apps and marketplaces. I have secured some investors for them, now only thing we need to do is make it happen.
  I will take care of the design part (and also of the advertising, promotion and PR) and you will be in charge of programming.
  Looking for the following skills (english speakers only we can understand each other - an intermediate level is required)
  - basic php/mysql
  - joomla programming
  - cakephp, codeigniter or any mvc framework
  - java/javascript/ajax
  - ruby, ror, python
  - any programming language that will work in a linux environment
  - css/xhtml (not mandatory, but would be a plus)
  
  If you have any of these skills (not all of them, just one) and also you can respect deadlines, work efficiently (fast) and can start right now, please contact me - leave a comment or an offer and i will get back to you.
  
  Please do not ask for money - i am saying this from the start - there will be no money for you until the project (any of them) is completed.
