Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  Hi, we have a problem with a current project where we need the design to be completed asap so that the programmers can finish the site (educational non-profit) and launch it.
  
  The templates are all completed. However, the programmers we have just aren't good at creating the pages from the templates, so we need help NOW to 'fill in the blanks' and come up with good design templates. (polished) We will pay a lot to get this done. It may only take a few hours if you're good, so it will be well worth your time. We need this done yesteray, so please email me asap, including links to your past work, and I will look over everything. Hopefully we'll find someone today or tomorrow.

  UPDATE: We don't really need someone to do the HTML coding, but rather we need someone to make mockups of the different inner pages based on a general template. The ability to take the photoshop image you create and turn that into a nicely marked up html file would be an added bonus, but it isn't a requirement.
