Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are a group of two people who founded a niche market and started an online global trading company based in Los Angeles. This development lead to an original site, servicing BtoC / BtoB, and many business owners in the field are now excited and waiting to see the site go live. We are now at the stage where we feel we need to add another partner to our group. Final work has been done, except for the final graphics design integration and some tests before opening. This project is in stealth mode, so we cannot discuss all details without short listing the candidate and before a tentative deal is reached.
  
  We are looking for a PhP programmer who is very well familiar with the ecommerce applications to join our team and partner with us in managing the site and taking it to the next step for a stake in our company.
