Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  
  I'm a WordPress theme developer and need some great designs to convert to WP themes. I'll be selling the themes to clients and/or marketplaces so I will need to have the copyright of the design.
  
  The price will be negotiable, either I pay for every design you make, or we split the profits (60/40). I'll get the 60% profit because I will be providing supports for every theme I sell.
  
  If you choose to go with option one, please list the budgets for each type of design (blog, business/corporate, magazine, community/forums, etc). Surely the price can vary for every project, I just need to know the estimation.
  
  When responding to this, please include a link to your portfolio site and/or links to live sites that you designed.
