Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  
  I'm a web programmer / database specialist / jack of all trades (as long as it concern coding), from Quebec City, in Canada. I have been doing this for a few years, either working on projects I heard of through various local contacts or projects from websites such as elance or guru. Right now though I'm a little tired of all these little tasks unrelated to programming, e.g. the project / client management. For some time I had an entrepreneur which took up those tasks and directly handed me coding project, and this is the kind of relation I'm seeking here. Pricing would have to be negotiated project by project - I'm no 10-bucks-per-hour coder though. I guarantee top-quality work and this come at a certain price.
  
  My main experience is in PHP / MySQL tasks, but I have good knowledge of HTML/CSS as well as jQuery. I had to deal with a lot of DBMS too, such as SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle. Right now I'm learning to code with Rails, and I'm really loving it. Lastly, I also have some experience with .NET technologies (more C# than VB) as well as with C++ and Java.
