Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm an entrepreneur and user experience designer looking for an additional designer to add to the team to complete/launch my project. I basically need someone who can take the existing designs, mockups and wireframes and create the remaining psd mockups so they can be coded into the final pages. I have coders that will translate the design mockups into pages, so you just need to handle the graphic design aspect. There are approximately 12-14 mockups to be designed. I'm looking for a designer that has web 2.0 sensibilities and is aware of the latest web design trends and implementation considerations.
  
  The right designer will be able to work immediately and be able to deliver within the project plan time-frames that are set. Its very important that they be available to communicate on the project on a daily basis, and be accessible on skype, email or phone when necessary.
  
  I'd like to develop a long-lasting relationship to collaborate on future projects as well.
