Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I work in a highly profitable, niche finance business. The transactions we process are very form and paperwork intensive. There are no major players in the software industry targeting this type of product. Several small shops have created custom software for some of the bigger guys at a cost in the hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars. The software we currently use is a patch work of Excel sheets and Word documents. We have processed over $100M in transactions already this year with this unorganized system. The opportunity to increase efficiency here is great.
  
  I likely want to create a cloud based system that can process one of these transactions quickly and efficiently. The system will also be used for deal tracking so everyone on the team knows exactly what is completed and what is outstanding.
  
  My background is in business and finance and I am looking for a partner with programming experience to lead the technical aspects of this project. I have started several small businesses and would handle the finance and marketing side of this. This idea could be extremely profitable with little to no overhead.
