Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am currently working on an idea for a website that will incorporate elements of social networking as well as matchmaking user profiles together (in a way similar to how Facebook utilises its matchmaking capabilities, however used in a slightly different way). At the moment I am eliciting all the requirements and creating a mock up design in Photoshop, and I can subsequently transform the design into xhtml/css.
  
  Therefore I need a developer that would be capable of using these requirements and mock up/xhtml+css and transforming them into a dynamic and professional social networking-based website.
  
  I am from Australia however I have no problem working with a developer from another country - quality of service is far more important to me.
