Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  IMPORTANT 1: no contractors please. I am looking for a partner!
  
  IMPORTANT 2: you must be good with CSS and cross browser compatibility.
  
  IMPORTANT 3: if you are good with Javascript, it is even better!
  
  I am building a web application and need someone to make it pretty. While I take care of the coding, I need someone to work on the look and user experience.
  
  The app is coded with Ruby on Rails but you dont need to know about the framework to partner up with me. I can teach you what you need to know.
  
  Previous experience with web application design is a plus.
  
  I am looking for someone with the startup spirit who wants to invest time and energy to make it work as much as I do.
