Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hello.
  My name is Greg Jorgenson and I'm based in Tampa, Floria (USA).
  I've been designing & developing websites for 11 years. My specialty is creating extremely conversion-oriented, high-end looking designs at prices that are realistic to new, small or exceptional businesses.
  
  I own two companies:

  I'm a self-sufficient designer and pride myself on quick response, availability and willingness to do whatever it takes to delight my clients. This philosophy has provided me many ongoing client relationships all over the world.
  
  I'm looking to team up with a developer to bid on projects through Odesk.com.
  I want to take on some of the bigger money projects and while I have the portfolio to get great gigs, I'm lacking the technical ability to take on some of the more sophisticated projects.
  
  As far as compensation goes, its negotiable.
  50/50 doesn't make sense if one of us is doing more work than the other. I would like to pick some big $$ projects off of Odesk, both estimate hours or a flat rate for ourselves and then create a proposal based on the combination of the two.
  
  Whatever agreement is reached, It is important to me that it is fair.
  
  I would prefer to work with a full time freelancer/business owner.
