Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm working on a MediaWiki based website that will need a custom extension to add several new features to the base software. I have a detailed plan of the whole site and how the extension should be structured. What I need is someone to actually write the extension and get the site running. This will most likely require real MediaWiki experience as well as LAMP and JavaScript/Ajax.
  
  Please understand that I will ask you to manipulate the database in a way that allows us to upgrade the core code while leaving our data intact. If this makes sense to you, please keep reading.
  
  I would like to take on a partner- meaning that you would get a stake in the site and a percent of any money we make. I am also open to paying someone to complete the project, but prefer someone with a long term investment.
