Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a programming house that has a few projects coming up. We are looking to find a designer to help us design some interfaces for them. We are looking for someone that is good at the whole new 'Web 2.0' interface and color schemes. Some of our projects are web pages and some of them are intranet apps.
