Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I started a new media production company and I'm having trouble finding talented designers. I have a design background from UPenn. Graduated '02. I'm the Producer for all of our projects, with a strong vision for how sites should come out. I manage the work flow between the designers and the programmers so that everything goes smoothly. We have strong programmers, with extensive flash/Ajax experience and amazing backend/database skills. However, we're missing designers to consistently help with concept/UI designs. Since we're developing our own websites as well, I would prefer to pay you for your work. Maybe we could work out some kind of a barter system that would be to the advantage of both of us.
  
  I'm online all day via skype, but when I happen to be away I have my blackberry available.
