  I am a web developer in London. I am looking for a web designer based in London who has an appreciation for HTML and CSS coding.
  
  I am looking to undertake projects and also looking at a personal project that can be used to attract potential clients using a microsite concept with mass mailing and tracking capability.
  
  I have a temporary office in London so the person must be in london. I do not mind what your first language is or what country you are from as long as we can have a good working relationship.
