  I'm looking for a developer, not a company, to work with on various projects. I'm getting a lot of work and need some help getting them done on time. I need a web developer with great coding skills. When you reply I'd like to know your availability, show me your portfolio, and your rates (hourly or otherwise). NO companies/agencies please.
  
  I'm OK with working with developers outside the US as long as our commnunication is smooth.
