Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi there,
  
  I'm looking for experienced web designer with great ideas and knowledge of Photoshop and web design.
  
  The main goal of our cooperation should be making web/Wordpress templates and then sell it on Envato marketplace.
  
  What should you do?
  - Design templates
  - It's not required to slice the design to XHTML/CSS (this should be my job, but we can make an appointment here)
  - Make the PSD understandable for the people that will buy the template so they can customize it very quickly
  - Write some brief documentation on the PSD design
  
  What will I do?
  - Slice the design, code it to XHTML/CSS
  - Convert template to Wordpress
  - Develop plugins (if necessary) to make template fully customizable and reliable
  - Write the documentation on whole template
  - Manage sales
  
  Payment: 40% of earnings for you, 60% for me. We can also do some appointment here, the % may depend on how much work will you/me get done on some specific design/template.
