Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  - Looking for a developer to work on a large scale healthcare project
  - We're designing screens for a web app to hand to developers
  - With the screens we need to provide javascript including client side form validation, hide/show ("live editing"), tabs, etc - nothing too fancy
  - Must be able to communicate well and work with non-developers
  - Must use jquery
  - Work would start in about 2 weeks
  - Would need to be completed within 1 week
  - I estimate there's maybe 20 hours of work here
  - Potential for other work in the future
